Small Steps Create Big Shifts

Do you know why bees disappear? Two main reasons:

1. Industrial agriculture uses harsh chemicals to suppress and kill most living things, and

2. Lack of habitat for insects: think of green lawns in our gardens which are almost sterile!

How can we help?

Even on a smaller scale in our gardens we can create little meadows, mowing only perimeter of a place, and it will make difference, building corridors for wildlife. Never apply RoundUp, which is extremely toxic not only for plants but for all living organisms. In a healthy soil it will take about eight years to decompose.
